Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1 to develop the Phet Rajabhat-Phet Lanna
)
information system, 2) study the efficiency of the Phet Rajabhat-Phet Lanna information

system, and 3 to investigate the satisfaction of the Phet Rajabhat- Phet Lanna
)
information system. This research used a research and development model. The sample

group used in the research was 136 people, including 33 Phet Rajabhat-Phet Lanna

award recipients, 100 Chiang Mai Rajabhat University students, and 3 computer experts.

From purposive sampling, the tools used in the research include interviews and

information system performance assessment forms and satisfaction evaluation form.

The statistic used include frequency, mean and standard deviation.

The research found that the Phet Rajabhat- Phet Lanna information system

obtained from the development can achieve the predetermined goal which is divided

into 2 parts 1 the website with details about the recruitment process and the list of

’
people who have been honored as ‘the Phet Rajabhat-Phet Lanna and their explicit
knowledge 2) the administrator’s section. The overall evaluation result is at a high level

(X = 4.33) and the evaluation of the system user satisfaction is generally at a high level

(X = 4.44).
