The purposes of this research were (1 to study the inspiration for the ancient Lanna
tattoo ‘Sak Ka Kom’ (2) to conserve and propagate the ancient Lanna tattoo ‘Sak Kha Kom’

by using information from tattooed men and those who have participated in the preservation

of tattooing. The tools for this research was an interview with descriptive and narrative data
to analyze the issues related to the study. The result showed that the conservation of Lanna
