ABSTRACT
This research was quantitative research which the objectives were 1. To study the level

tools used in this study were questionnaires and data analysis which were descriptive statistics,
distributed in form of frequency, percentage and content analysis.
The research results were as follows: The level of needs for self- potential
development of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University students was at a high level, representing
90.75%. Overall, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University students had a need for self-potential
development in form of training at a high level, representing 73.75 and the guidelines for

organizing extra-curricular activities to develop the potential of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University
students in the arts and culture preservation should be as following Training activities,
Duration of activitie should be one day activity, Monday-Friday during 8.30 a.m.-04.00 p.m.
